Refund Policy

We issue refunds for purchases within 24 hours of the original payment. Please note that a payment gateway fee of 2% and a processing fee of 5% will be deducted from the total refund amount.

To request a refund, an email must be sent to info@sprintsys.com within 24 hours of the purchase.

Refund Process

To initiate the refund process, please follow these steps:

  • Send an email to info@sprintsys.com requesting a refund.
  • The email must be sent from your registered email address.
  • Include the word “Refund” in the subject line of the email.
  • Ensure the refund request is made within 24 hours of the purchase. Requests beyond this time frame will not be processed.
  • Attach a screenshot of the payment invoice, showing the date and time of the transaction (usually received via email or SMS after payment).

Important Notes

  • Do not send multiple emails regarding the same request. Doing so may result in your email being marked as spam and blocked by our system.
  • After submitting your request, please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
  • Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • The refunded amount will be credited back to the same bank account, card, or wallet used during the original payment.
  • Please allow an additional 3 working days after processing for the funds to reflect in your account.
